Porulon Technologies provides AI, Machine Learning, automation software solutions, cloud systems, R&D consultancy, and technology training services ("Services"). The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between you and Porulon.

If you create an account or submit information through our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and source code — is the property of Porulon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

4.2 Client Work Product

Ownership of deliverables created during client engagements will be governed by the terms of the applicable SOW or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Porulon retains ownership of all proprietary tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies developed independently of any client engagement.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our website or services.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our website without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

• Fees for services will be outlined in the applicable SOW or service agreement.
• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Porulon disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

For paid services, warranties (if any) will be specified in the applicable SOW or service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Porulon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Porulon in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
